No problem! Though we require your billing address, we will gladly send your order to any name or address of your choice. And, at your request, we'll even enclose a note announcing the gift and the sender's name.
How can I calculate shipping charges?
We provide several methods of shipping your order. The various options and shipping charges are listed for you as part of our check-out system. Your choices include First Class postage, Priority Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.. The method you choose will determine the shipping charge.
How do you calculate sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders that are placed by Vermont residents.

I want to purchase a pair of cuff links with my initial on them. Which
is proper, the first initial or the last?
It is purely a matter of personal choice. Many cuff link enthusiasts have a pair showing their first initial and another pair which shows their last initial.
What is your Return / Exchange policy?
We guarantee satisfaction on every pair that we sell. Simply send the cuff links back to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange them or provide a refund. Of course, the cuff links must be in the same condition as when you received them. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the returned pair.
