OUR SHIPPING POLICIES:
All in stock orders placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same business day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 1 business day about availability and estimated time for shipment.
Most out of stock items will be shipped in less than one week from placing the order. Due to the sheer volume of items that we offer, we are occasionally out of stock of certain items. But, again, rest assured that one of our customer service specialists will contact you quickly if your item is out of stock for any reason, and make sure that you are always kept informed of your order status.

For your convenience, we basically offer two levels of international shipping, and each level has particular rules. Please feel free to email us with any questions.
International Express Mail (5-7 days) - $30
International Priority Mail (7-10 days, cufflinks only, maximum of 6 pairs) - $15
Priority Mail to Canada (7-10 days, cufflinks only, maximum of 6 pairs) - $11
International Priority Mail (7-10 days, storage cases or more than 6 pairs of cufflinks) - $25
OUR RETURNS POLICY:
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase for any reason. You must contact us within the 30 day time period to receive a full refund on any items. We like to stand behind every product that we sell, so please feel free to contact us if your item is outside of the 30 day return window, and we will do our best to work with you on some sort of replacement or repair.
