Cuff Links Made From Chicago Soldier Field Actual Seat Wood Salvaged from the Stadium's 2001 Renovation and Placed in Solid Sterling Silver Settings. Certificate of Authenticity and NFL Container Included
Soldier Field, originally names Municipal Grant Park Stadium, opened in 1924 and is the oldest and the third smallest NFL stadium. It was built in the tradition of Greco-Roman architecture and contains placques and statues to honor American soldiers who have died in wars. In 1971, Soldier Field became the Bears' new home and has since hosted four NFC Championship Games, one of which led to the Bears winning Super Bowl XX. Over the years, the capacity fluctuated until the big renovation from 2001-2003 which resulted in a hybrid stadium containing a noticable contrast of modern amenities and technology with preserved elements.
